Once used in the countryside to hold milk or cider, we now love to use this lovely antique French stoneware pitcher for holding kitchen utensils, bouquets of dried flowers, or as a unique planter for our favorite plants. Although rustic and utilitarian by nature, we can’t help but adore the pitcher’s beautiful natural varying shades of greige, ochre, ginger and sand, which enables the piece to seamlessly meld with today’s modern design trends.

  • Found in France

  • Dates from the late 1800s to early 1900s

  • Hand thrown with a wonderful irregular shape

  • The pitcher is as found and has not been cleaned (outside has been wiped with a cloth)

  • No chips or cracks

  • A drainage hole has been drilled into the bottom for use as a planter (as found)

  • Measures approximately 6 1/4” W diameter (including handle) x 7 1/4” H

  • Opening measures 3 1/4” W

Available for pick up, local delivery, and nationwide shipping.
