French Provincial Sideboard
Antique French country sideboard dating to the early 19th century having three drawers over two paneled doors that open to reveal a single shelf. Constructed from fruitwood with a beautiful aged patina, the sideboard features a planked top and has a lovely scalloped skirt that adds to the charm and character of the piece. The honey-hued stain further enhances the beauty of the wood and is in keeping with the current design trends.

Found in France, dating to the mid-1800s
Constructed from solid wood
Original brass escutcheons, steeple point hinges, and simple mushroom drawer pulls are present
One cabinet knob has broken off, as found
A scratch on the front of one drawer has been filled (as found)
Drawers are lined with floral paper in earth tones (as found)
No structural damage
Typical separation in wood with overall wear is consistent with age
Measures approximately 56 1/4” L x 20 1/4” W x 44 1/4” H
