Each dish is stamped “R. Wallace 071 Silver Soldered 10 in. Kansas City Club Cady & Olmstead Jewelry Co. “ on the bottom. Wallace was the largest silver flatware producer in the world at the turn of the 19th and 20th centuries and manufactured hollowware for hotels and restaurants.
